1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on tbage, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. These Terms apply to all use of the tbage platform, including the tbage website at tbage.net and the tbage mobile application.

tbage may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the tbage platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the tbage Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tbage.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use tbage, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tbage employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tbage platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

tbage reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each person may hold only one tbage account. If tbage identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact tbage support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your tbage account credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and any other login information. tbage will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your tbage account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the tbage support team immediately. tbage cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your tbage account with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to place bets using your tbage account.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date.
• Notify tbage support promptly if any of your personal details change.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on tbage are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbage currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added over time — check the Payment page for the current list.

Deposits are credited to your tbage wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this happens within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your tbage account within 30 minutes, contact tbage support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tbage finance team during business hours. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. tbage may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as the tbage account.
• tbage does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to the bonus terms outlined in Section 5.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tbage offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Bonus funds credited to your tbage account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another tbage account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per device.
• tbage reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If tbage determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of the promotion system, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the tbage platform are governed by the rules of the individual game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the rules published by the game provider, the game provider's rules take precedence.

Bets placed on tbage are final once confirmed. tbage does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted, except in cases where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of the bet. In such cases, tbage will investigate and resolve the issue at its sole discretion.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• tbage reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of a game disconnection, bets already placed will stand and be settled according to the game outcome once the round is complete.
• tbage is not responsible for losses resulting from a member's internet connection issues during gameplay.

7 Fair Play Policy

tbage is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using information obtained through cheating, hacking, or unauthorised access to the tbage platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the tbage platform.

tbage monitors all account activity for signs of unfair play. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. tbage may also report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Privacy and Data

tbage collects and processes personal data in accordance with the tbage Privacy Policy. By registering on tbage, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

tbage will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service providers necessary to operate the tbage platform, and only to the extent required for those purposes.

tbage uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve the platform experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the tbage platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

tbage takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gaming is causing harm to yourself or others, tbage strongly encourages you to use these tools. You can access responsible gaming settings directly from your tbage account dashboard, or contact the tbage support team for assistance.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your tbage account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access promotional offers. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

10 Account Termination

You may close your tbage account at any time by contacting the tbage support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

tbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where:

• A member has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A member has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A member's account shows signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A member has been identified as holding multiple tbage accounts.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to tbage.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tbage reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

tbage provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While tbage makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, tbage does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the tbage platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime or technical errors beyond tbage's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding game outcomes or rule interpretations.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information published on the tbage platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

12 Changes to These Terms

tbage may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. tbage will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tbage platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the tbage platform and contact support to close your account.
